Seafood and Tomato Luxury Pilaf

Even a lavish main dish can be made conveniently in a frying pan. Arrange your preferred seafood generously. It's a party menu that'll get everyone excited!

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
6 shrimp (peeled and deveined, or ready-peeled shrimp)
Assorted seafood like mackerel and octopus
10 clams
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 onion (chopped)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup rice (rinsed and drained)
140cc tomato juice
140cc water
1/2 lemon
Parsley (as needed)

Method/Instructions

  • Peel and devein the shrimp. Rinse the clams, and cut other seafood into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat oil and minced garlic in a frying pan, quickly sauté the shrimp with a pinch of salt, then set them aside. Add clams last, cook while mixing, and once they open, remove them along with the broth.
  • Without washing the pan, add olive oil, heat it, then sauté onions with salt.
  • Add rice and water, mix well, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Arrange the seafood from ❹ on top of the rice, cover, cook for an additional 2 minutes over low heat, then let it steam for about 3 minutes. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
Finish!
