Method/Instructions
- Peel and devein the shrimp. Rinse the clams, and cut other seafood into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat oil and minced garlic in a frying pan, quickly sauté the shrimp with a pinch of salt, then set them aside. Add clams last, cook while mixing, and once they open, remove them along with the broth.
- Without washing the pan, add olive oil, heat it, then sauté onions with salt.
- Add rice and water, mix well, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Arrange the seafood from ❹ on top of the rice, cover, cook for an additional 2 minutes over low heat, then let it steam for about 3 minutes. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
