Zucchini and Postato Lasagna-Style

A simpler take on the labor-intensive impression of lasagna. It's a hearty dish, making it perfect for winter party scenes.

Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 onion (chopped)
1/3 teaspoon salt
200g minced mix meat
1 teaspoon curry powder
40cc red wine
80g tomato puree
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 zucchini
1 potato (variety: May Queen) *microwave for 3 minutes at 600W until soft
1 can of white sauce
Pizza cheese (as needed)
Breadcrumbs (as needed)

Method/Instructions

  • Combine oil, minced garlic, onions, and salt in a frying pan, sauté well. Then, add minced meat, spices, thoroughly sauté, and evaporate the alcohol by adding red wine.
  • Once done, add the remaining seasonings and continue to cook until most of the moisture evaporates. Turn off the heat, leveling the sauce.
  • Arrange sliced zucchini and potatoes alternately in a circular pattern, then top with white sauce, cheese, and breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven at 230 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
