Method/Instructions
- Combine oil, minced garlic, onions, and salt in a frying pan, sauté well. Then, add minced meat, spices, thoroughly sauté, and evaporate the alcohol by adding red wine.
- Once done, add the remaining seasonings and continue to cook until most of the moisture evaporates. Turn off the heat, leveling the sauce.
- Arrange sliced zucchini and potatoes alternately in a circular pattern, then top with white sauce, cheese, and breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven at 230 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
