■Regarding Shipping

The shipping fee for purchased items is 800 yen (tax included).
Also, if the total purchase amount is 10,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free.

For standard shipping, the delivery will be made within 3 to 10 business days from the order date. Business hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding weekends, holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, and Golden Week)

Please note that we are not responsible for delays in delivery that are not due to our fault.

※For reserved orders, production will start after receiving the order, so please expect some time for delivery.

■Regarding Exceptions

There might be occasions where delivery takes longer than 10 days due to advance notification of shipping delays, long holidays as specified by the government, or concentrated orders during new product sales, etc.

■Delivery Area

We deliver to all areas in Japan where Yu-Pack's express delivery service is available.

However, we do not deliver outside of Japan.

■Regarding Cash on Delivery

We do not offer cash on delivery services.

■ About Customs Duties and Import Consumption Tax

For international orders, the country or region of destination may impose additional customs duties, import consumption taxes (VAT/GST), and other handling fees.

These taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer (recipient) and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment.
