About FUJITA KINZOKU

Innovative manufacturing made possible by
a family-owned and operated small town factory.

At FUJITA KINZOKU, the three brothers, including the fourth generation president, handle all processes from mold manufacturing to product processing and sales. They handle all processes from mold manufacturing to product processing and sales. The small size of our factory, which allows us to communicate with each other on a daily basis, makes it possible to create innovative products that make everyday life more enjoyable.

Fujita Kinzoku is a town factory located in the industrial area of Yao City, Osaka, Japan.

FUJITA KINZOKU is a town factory located in the industrial area of Yao City, Osaka, Japan.

since its establishment in 1951, the company has manufactured various daily necessities made of metal, such as iron frying pans, aluminum tumblers, aluminum teapots and bath tubs.
FUJITA KINZOKU is, in a word, a "family-run town factory. This structure may be common in industrial areas, but it is this kind of structure that allows for the kind of manufacturing that we are able to achieve.

金属加工に関わらず、日本の多くのものづくりの現場は、効率が良く、コストが抑えられるために分業体制が前提になっています。

Regardless of metalworking, many manufacturing sites in Japan are:

Molds' are made at 'mold factories.'
'Presses' are made at 'press factories.'
'Spatula drawing' is done in 'Spatula drawing factories.

This division of labor is a prerequisite.
The reason is that it is more efficient and cost-effective.

新しいものを作るためにはスピードや効率ではなく、行ったり来たりを繰り返し、素早く実験できる環境が求められます。

Each specialist can speedily flow in one direction from upstream to downstream to efficiently manufacture a defined product in large quantities.

However, there are many things that must be tried in order to create something new that does not yet exist in the world. Therefore, it is impossible to create a clean flow from upstream to downstream.
An environment that allows for quick experimentation is required, not in terms of speed or efficiency, but in terms of repeated back and forth.

That environment means that
we must be able to do everything in-house, from molds to manufacturing and sales.
Furthermore, the father and three sons, who are in charge of these processes, must be close enough to talk with each other at any time.
The environment for "creating new and innovative products" originally existed in a "small family-run factory in a small town.
It was only because we kept challenging ourselves that we were able to realize this.

We, Fujita Metal, are a town factory capable of innovative manufacturing.

We, FUJITA KINZOKU,
are a common, family-run town factory.

We, FUJITA KINZOKU,
are a town factory capable of innovative manufacturing.
