巻くだけ！お手軽メンチカツ春巻き

たっぷりのキャベツと挽肉を合わせたメンチカツのような春巻き！
衣をつけずに手軽にできる上に、食べやすいんです。リピート間違いなし！

材料

キャベツ 50g
塩 ひとつまみ
合い挽きミンチ肉 100g
蓮根すりおろし 30g
にんにくすりおろし 1/2片
塩 小さじ1/4
黒胡椒 適量
春巻きの皮 5枚
お好みのソース

作り方

  • キャベツはみじん切りにして塩と合わせて少し置いてしっかり水分を絞る。
  • ボウルに材料を全てよく混ぜ合わせ、春巻きの皮で巻いて香ばしく揚げる。
