お肉なし!激うま生姜餃子

お肉を使わずに野菜だけでさっぱり餃子!
ビールとの相性も抜群。
いくらでも食べられます。

材料

キャベツみじんぎり 1/6こ分
ニラみじん切り 1/4束
塩 小さじ1/4
蓮根すりおろし 100g
白葱みじん切り 1/4本
薄揚げ 1枚
生姜すりおろし 20g
塩 小さじ1/2
オイスターソース 小さじ1
砂糖 小さじ1/2
黒胡椒 適量
ごま油 大さじ2
餃子の皮 30枚

作り方

  • キャベツ、ニラはみじん切りにして、塩を合わせてしっかり水分を切る。
  • 材料を全て合わせてよく混ぜ合わせ、餃子の皮に包んでこんがりサクサクに焼く。
