Fluffy Rgg Soy Milk Sop

|300cc soy milk
|1 teaspoon dashi soy sauce
|1/2 teaspoon salt
|100g silken tofu
|A pinch of salt
|Chopped green onions, to taste
- Lightly coat the edge of a frying pan with oil, add soy milk, seasoning, and tofu, and heat it up.
- Beat egg whites thoroughly. Add the egg yolks and salt and mix well. Pour it into the boiling "1" and heat over low heat for about 2 minutes.
- Once it slightly sets, garnish with chopped green onions to complete.
