Juicy! Garlic Chiken
A top classic choice as a beer accompaniment. With crispy skin and juicy inside, following a few grilling tricks will give it that restaurant-quality taste.
|6 chicken wings (tips cut off)
|1/3 teaspoon salt
|1 slice of garlic, sliced
|Black pepper, to taste
- Cut the tips of the chicken wings and rub them with salt.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, place the chicken wings skin-side down, and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Once they turn crispy and golden brown, flip them, stir-fry with sliced garlic in oil, ensuring they're coated. Finish by adding black pepper.
