Juicy! Garlic Chiken

6 chicken wings (tips cut off) | |
1/3 teaspoon salt | |
1 slice of garlic, sliced | |
Black pepper, to taste |
Method/Instructions
- Cut the tips of the chicken wings and rub them with salt.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, place the chicken wings skin-side down, and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Once they turn crispy and golden brown, flip them, stir-fry with sliced garlic in oil, ensuring they're coated. Finish by adding black pepper.
