Octopus and Loutus Root Ajillo
Highly satisfying! Enjoy it with baguettes or mixed with pasta. Perfect with wine!
Ingredients
Olive oil 100cc | |
Garlic (finely chopped) 1 clove | |
Salt 1/3 teaspoon | |
Lotus root 60g | |
Mushrooms 3 pieces | |
Octopus 80g | |
Parsley (to taste) |
Method/Instructions
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and lotus root over medium heat.
- Once the lotus root has a nice color, add mushrooms and octopus. When it comes to a boil, it's ready. Garnish with parsley.
