Octopus and Loutus Root Ajillo

Highly satisfying! Enjoy it with baguettes or mixed with pasta. Perfect with wine!

Ingredients

Olive oil 100cc
Garlic (finely chopped) 1 clove
Salt 1/3 teaspoon
Lotus root 60g
Mushrooms 3 pieces
Octopus 80g
Parsley (to taste)

Method/Instructions

  • In a frying pan, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and lotus root over medium heat.
  • Once the lotus root has a nice color, add mushrooms and octopus. When it comes to a boil, it's ready. Garnish with parsley.
