めんつゆで!本格鶏南蛮そば

旨味がギュッとお出汁に滲み出ます!手軽に市販の麺つゆでできる、本格的なつけ蕎麦はリピート確定。
白ネギと鶏肉があればすぐにできます。

材料

鶏もも肉 1/2枚
塩 小さじ1/3
片栗粉 小さじ1
ごま油 適量
白葱 1本
麺つゆ 70cc
水 300cc
醤油 小さじ1
七味 適量
蕎麦 2人前

作り方

  • 鶏もも肉は2cm角にカットして塩をよく馴染ませて片栗粉をまぶしよく混ぜておく。
  • 鍋にごま油を熱し、斜めに切った白葱をしっかり焦げ目をつけるように焼き付け、麺つゆ、水、醤油、鶏もも肉を合わせて沸騰したら弱火で3分ほど静かに炊く。(アクが出たら取り除く)
  • 蕎麦はパッケージ通りに茹でてしっかり冷やし、熱々の出汁につけながらどうぞ!
