Chinjaorosu Bibimbap
Using store-bought roast beef, this dish is simple yet luxurious! With a frying pan, you can enjoy it as if it's freshly cooked, similar to stone pot bibimbap. Feel free to top it with an egg yolk as you like.
Ingredients
| 2 teaspoons sesame oil | |
| 1/4 bell pepper, julienned | |
| 1/16 paprika, julienned | |
| A pinch of salt | |
| A little black pepper | |
| 60g roast beef, julienned | |
| Some sauce from the roast beef | |
| Some rice |
Method/Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and quickly stir-fry bell peppers, paprika, salt, and pepper, then set aside.
- Reheat the frying pan and warm up the rice mixed with the stir-fried bell peppers and sauce-coated roast beef, arranging it in a balanced manner.
