Method/Instructions
- Prepare ingredients in easily consumable sizes.
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, sprinkle salt over the pork, and sauté. Once the color changes, add all the remaining ingredients and sauté.
- Once the onions turn transparent, add water and the dashi pack. Simmer for about 15 minutes and skim off any scum. When the vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat and dissolve the miso.
- Garnish with herbs at the end.
