鶏もも肉とズッキーニのヤンニョム風

韓国風甘辛炒めは、おつまみにもご飯にも◎
調理してそのまま食卓に出せる鉄のフライパンJIUなら、熱々のまま楽しめます。

材料

鶏もも肉 1枚分
塩 小さじ1/3
片栗粉 大さじ1
油 適量
ズッキーニ 1/2本
玉葱みじん切り 1/2個分
塩 ひとつまみ
豆板醬 小さじ1/2
にんにくみじん切り 小さじ1
生姜すりおろし 小さじ1
コチュジャン 大さじ1
ケチャップ 大さじ1/2
砂糖 小さじ2
醤油 小さじ1/2
水 小さじ2
白胡麻 適量
ピザ用チーズ 適量

作り方

  • 鶏肉は適宜に切り、塩、片栗粉をまぶしてなじませておく。
  • フライパンに油を熱し、鶏肉、ズッキーニ、玉葱みじん切り、塩を焦げ目をつけながら焼く。
  • 残りの材料を合わせて全体を絡めながら加熱し、最後にチーズを乗せて蓋をする。
    チーズがとろりとしたら完成
